Because part-time associates are not eligible for Belk medical coverage, consider these options to ensure you have medical coverage:
Due to Affordable Care Act (ACA) requirements, part-time associates who average at least 30 hours per week or 130 hours in a month will become eligible for medical coverage and supplemental health benefits, in addition to the benefits listed here. Belk will send you a letter to inform you of your medical plan eligibility if it occurs mid-year.
